Member2Member training begins
UUP is working with its new organizers and with representatives of AFT’s organization and field services division to train members in one-to-one conversations about the union with other people in their bargaining units. The first round kicked off April 24 in the Capital District, in Western New York and on Long Island.
The second round of training is scheduled for May 12 in the North Country, Mid-Hudson and Southern Tier regions.
Members interested in this training, or in other future opportunities, should ask their chapter leaders.
