The UUP Reading Group will be discussing the Chapter 3 + 4 of Labor Organizer Jane McAleevey’s book, Raising Expectations ……My Decade Fighting for the Labor Movement.
The Goal of this Reading Group will be to discuss Labor Organizing in the 21st Century, and see how we can learn from these stories to apply to our Union organizing efforts here at SBU. You should be able to find it at your local Library, or here on Amazon. https://tinyurl.com/y9wtr47n
