UUP Communications & Research Team on Statewide Listening Tour

We hear you!

UUP Communications and UUP Research are reaching out to chapters to schedule two 70- to 90-minute “listening sessions.” These sessions provide a unique opportunity for members—the less active the better!—to share their thoughts and feelings by answering a series of questions on membership engagement and the union.

Once listening sessions are scheduled, UUP Communications and Research staff will provide information and a flier to send to members. However, the best way to ensure a good turnout is to have chapter delegates and department/area reps reach out to members directly and invite them to participate.

Communications and Research staff will collect comments and other information from the listening sessions and report findings to the statewide officers. Names and other identifiers of participants will not be disclosed.
